Together we explore who
you want to be

About me

I’m a registered counsellor and psychotherapist. I’ve been a therapist in private practice for over 10 years and I’m a Clinical Member of both the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia (PACFA) and the Association of Soul Centred Psychotherapists (ASCP).

My main intention as a therapist is to offer you a comfortable environment for the therapeutic process to unfold at its own pace. I support and guide you to meet the challenges you’re facing.

I do this through a number of evidence-based therapy techniques that we explore together to address your habits, beliefs, emotions, life experiences and goals.

On some level, I just want you to feel that we’re having a chat – but over time you’ll see transformational results. I truly appreciate the different challenges we each face as unique human beings.

What led me to be a counsellor?

For many years I was involved in a family-run construction business. At this time, I had a growing interest in the human potential movement and undertook various studies and personal development courses to better understand my own habits and patterns. This was a transformative process!

I then completed a Diploma of Soul Centred Psychotherapy from the Kairos Centre in 2005 and then, to further expand my knowledge, completed a Bachelor of Psychological Science Degree from the Australian College of Applied Psychology in 2016.

I now specialise in helping people with depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, and struggles with self-esteem or confidence. I also have a strong interest in helping men navigate the ever-changing landscape of what it means to be ‘a man’ in today’s world.
